1 ¼ lb. ground ham
1 1/4 lb. ground pork (lean)
1 c. bread crumbs (soaked in ½ c. tomato juice)
½ c. milk
½ tsp. dry mustard

Glaze:
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Mix together and make logs (1/2 cup for each log.) Put is pan. Bake for 45 min. in 350º oven.

Add glaze last and bake 15 more minutes. About 15 servings
