16 oz olive oil
4 oz lemon juice
2 oz Worcestershire sauce
2 T Tony Chachere's original seasoning
1 1/2 T lemon pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 T sweet basil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Stir or shake well before using. Keep refrigerated.

If you don't have access to Tony's seasoning here's how to make it:

1 box (26 oz) salt
1 1/2 oz ground black pepper
2 oz ground red pepper
1 oz garlic powder
1 oz chili powder

This is an all purpose Creole seasoning, good on just about anything.
