8 Strips of Bacon
8 Eggs
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Cook the bacon to 3/4 way done. Bacon
should still have some softness in it
3. Line each cup cake hole with a slice of bacon
4. Break a egg in the middle of each piece of
bacon
5. Salt & Pepper each egg
6. Put water in the cup holes you don't use
7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes
8. Check whites of eggs, if they are firm then the
eggs are done
