1/3 Cup Melted Oleo
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Can Pineapple Slices
1 Jar Maraschino Cherries
1 Pineapple Upside Down Cake Mix
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
1. Combine oleo and brown sugar in a small sauce
pan
2. Heat on medium heat until the mixture has
melted and just starts to bubble.
3. Spary PAM on a large baking dish
4. Pour the contents of the sauce pan in the
baking dish
5. Put pineapple slices on top of the sauce
6. Put a cherry in the middle of each pineapple
slice
7. Prepare the cake mix per the instructions on
the box
8. Pour the cake mix over the pineapple in the
baking dish
9. Bake for 35 minutes or for the amount of time
recommended on the cake box.
