2 c. rice-cooked.
1/2 lb. Polish sausage-sliced.
1/2 c. Picrsweet chopped onions.
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder.
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper.
2 tbsp. margarine.
1 package pictsweet field peas with snaps.
2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
in Dutch oven sautê sausage, onions, garlic and pepper in margarine.
Add vegetables and chicken broth.
Add enough water to cover vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over hot rice.
