1 1/2 lbs Sirloin
1/3 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sweet Onion Chopped
1 Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
1 Can Campbell's Beef Broth
1 Cup Sour Cream
Extra Wide Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice sirloin thinly in strips about 1 1/2" long
2. In a large skillet melt the butter over medium
heat
3. Dust the sirloin with the flour
4. Put the sirloin, onions and garlic in the skillet
5. When the meat is browned add the beef broth
6. Cover and let simmer for around 45 minutes
7. Check to make sure the meat is tender
8. Boil water and put the noodles into the water
9. 5 Minutes before the noodles are done put the
sour cream into the skillet.
10. Drain the noodles and put a portion on a plate
Put meat and sauce over the noodles.
