Spaghetti Sauce
1 Sweet Onion Finely Chopped
3 TBSP Cannola Oil
2 Cups Water
2 Cans Petite Diced Tomatos
2 6oz Cans of Tomato Paste
1 Bay Leaf
1 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Basil
1 TBSP Oregano
1/2 TSP Minced Garlic

Meatballs
1 lb Hamburger
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs Beaten
1 TSP Parsley
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions:

Spaghetti Sauce
1. Pour tomatos in a blender and hit the blend
button twice
2. Pour tomatoes into a dutch oven
3. Add onions, oil, 1 cup of water, bay leaf,
oregano, basil, tomato paste, salt, pepper and
garlic to the dutch oven
4. Stir well and turn burner on to simmer
5. Simmer for 2 hours and then add sugar
6. Simmer for another 1/2 hour
7. Taste and add more basil or oregano

Meatballs
1. Turn oven on to broil
2. Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs,
parsley, garlic, milk and parmesan cheese in a
large mixing bowl
3. Roll the meatballs in a 4" balls
4. Put the meatballs in a large glass baking dish
5. Broil for 5 to 10 minutes, turn meatballs once
6. Drain meatballs on a paper towel covered cookie
sheet
7. Add meatballs to the sauce 1 hour before
serving

Sauce can be frozen once it is completely cooked. Meatball mixture can be frozen separtely before or after cooking.
