2 lbs Diet Lean Stew Meat,
1 Large Can Tomato Soup,
6 Large Carrots,
6 Potatoes,
1 Sweet Onion,
1 Package Frozen Petite Sweet Peas,
1/3 Cup of Flour
Cannola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Dice meat into bite size cubes
3. Heat oil in dutch oven on med high
4. Dust meat with flour in a baggy
5. Dice onions
6. Add meat and onions to the dutch oven and
brown meat
7. Add Tomato soup and 1/2 cup water to dutch
oven, salt and pepper to taste
8. Slice carrots into 1/4" slices
9. Add carrots to dutch oven
10. Put into the oven for 20 minutes and check
carrots when half cooked
11. Peel potatoes and cube add to dutch oven
when carrots are half cooked.
12. Add peas when potatoes are half cooked
