Directions:
Combine melted butter and crushed cookies, pressing into a buttered 9" spring form pan

Melt chocolate in heavy sauce pan, add butter and stir in cream and sugar to taste. Bring to scalding point. Do not boil. Add vanilla. Pour over crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Caramel Sauce: Melt butter and stir in powdered sugar, over medium high heat, until no more sugar will dissolve. Brown the mixture until caremel colored but do not burn. Whisk in the cream. Allow to cool until just warm for serving.

Raspberry Sauce
Combine fruit and sugar in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until berries are soft. Purée mixture and strain to remove seeds. Thin with cold water, if needed. Yield about 1.5 cups. Could use strawberries instead of raspberries.

Serve small pieces. Very rich. Can also top each piece with drizzled raspberry or strawberry sauce and a jagged piece of white chocolate bar for added dramatic deathlike effect
