2 cups plain flour 2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple and juice (med. or large)
TOPPING FOR CAKE
1 stick margarine 2/3 c.evaporated milk
1 c. sugar 1 cup nuts and 1 cup
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix with spoon. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 in. pan or pyrex dish. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until center of cake springs back when touched.
TOPPING FOR CAKE
Cook butter, milk and sugar for 5 min., then add nuts and coconut. Spread on cake while hot. ( I cut my cake before putting on topping)

This cake is very easy and quick and moist. Love taking it to covered dish dinners. Goes fast. Recipe from another sweet friend that has passed away.
