1 1lb. eye of round beef sliced into thin strips
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. wine (I usually use red something not sweet)
1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes
2 T. sesame oil
2 T. salad oil
2 T. chopped green onion
2 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced finely
dash pepper

Marinate beef in all the ingredients for at least 30 minutes. (I usually do much longer)

Grill over coals; can broil, but its quite potent!

Serve with rice.

I have made this many times and its welcomed by all. I got the recipe from a cookbook I bought from Sue Bangert - a college friend that was a collection of army wives best recipes.
