3/4 cup very warm water
1 T sugar
4 T dry yeast
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
8-10 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cool hot liquid to warm. Mix water, sugar, yeast. Heat together sugar, water, evaporated milk, butter, and salt until butter melts.
Add to eggs. Add to yeast mixture.
Add flour a little at a time until right consistency. Knead 5 minutes.
Let rise 20-30 minutes. Punch down. Roll out.
Allow to rise until double in size.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 º
