2 3/4 Cups Confectioners Sugar
6 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
6 Tbsp Butter
5 Tbsp Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
1. Sift sugar and cocoa, set aside.
2. Cream butter til smooth. Gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk.
3. Blend in vanilla. Beat til light and fluffy.
