6 large eggs
3 cups plain flour
1/4 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 cup butter
1/2 pint sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease tube pan and flour lightly or spray with pam. Preheat oven to 325º sift flour 4 times, adding soda in the last sifting. Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, 1 at a time, and alternate sour cream, flour and vanilla. Bake 1 1/2 hours; turn out on towel and let cool.
