Directions:
Mix together nuts, flour, baking powder and cornstarch. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and butter (cut into small pieces). Form the dough into two logs, each with a diameter of about 1 1/2 inches. You can moisten the logs with milk and dredge in a mixture of cocoa and sugar. Refrigerate for at least two hours. With a sharp or serrated edged knife, cut dough into thin slices and place on a greased cookie sheet. Place in oven preheated to 400º. Bake approximately 10 minutes until cookies are golden brown.
