¾ cup sugar
½ cup Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp grated lemon peel
8 oz cream cheese softened
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well with mixer and pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 can pie filling of your choice

Mix all ingredients except pie filling together. Spread on cooled cake, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Top off with can pie filling.
