1 Envelope of dry onion soup mix
2 lbs. of Ground beef
2 Eggs
3/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Ranch dressing
About 20 Soda crackers.
1 Tbsp. Ketchup & 1 Tbsp.. of Ranch dressing






Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. (It works best to mix together with your hands.)
Place the Soda crackers in a large plastic bag and crush the crackers until they are very fine, by rolling them with a rolling pin.
Again mix all the ingredients until they are well distributed.
Place this mixture in a 13 x 9 inch, slightly oiled baking pan.
Mix the Tbsp. of Ketchup & Tbsp. of Ranch Dressing together. smear generously over the top of the Meatloaf.
Bake 1 hr. or until done.
Let stand 10 minutes.

Grandson Tony Wagoner loved to have me make meatloaf. And he liked to help me prepare it.
He came up with the idea of using Ranch Dressing
