3 Tbs honey
3 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 lbs mahi mahi

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow glass dish, stir together all the ingredients. Place the fish in the dish, skin side down. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to marinate. Grill the fish 5 minutes on each side, while cooking the remaining marinade over medium heat, until the mixture reduces to a glaze. Serve with fish.
