½ lb hamburger, browned and drained
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ lb cheese, grated
1/3 cup onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch. Stir in grated cheese, chopped onions, salt and pepper. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 35-40 minutes at 350°.

Can freeze but cool completely first and wrap in foil. Can substitute cooked and cut up turkey or chicken for the hamburger. Also can add chopped broccoli or substitute ham and asparagus.
