1 pkg Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 C sugar
1 t vanilla
2 C Fresh Pineapple Chunks
2 Kiwi’s peeled and sliced
1 Banana Sliced
¼ C fresh Raspberries,
¼ C apricot jam melted Blueberries or strawberries
(or all 3)

Press dough on bottom of greased 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min or light brown. Cool to room temp. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla in bowl until smooth. Spread over crust, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add fruits then brush on melted jam to create a shiny appearance.
