1 C sugar,
¼ C cocoa,
¼ C butter,
½ C milk (whole),
2 T white syrup,
1/8 t salt.
2 C powdered sugar

Directions:
In sauce pan add sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, white syrup, and salt. Cook until thick. Cool then beat in 2 C powdered sugar slowly!
