6 T Butter (not margarine)
2 C. Flour
1 t. salt
4 T Crisco Shortening
¼ - ½ C cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients by hand or in a food processor. Add water a little at a time, starting with ¼ C until dough holds together. Roll into 2 balls and refrigerate for 30min – 1 hr then roll out on floured board.
