5-6 apples
1 and 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
dash of vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Peel apples and slice; place into deep dish. Add sugar and eggs and mix with spoon. Leave for 40 minutes. Add flour and mix with other ingredients. Then mix the soda and vinegar into concoction. Put in greased 9x13" pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Serve warm or cold with cool whip.
