1 1/2 ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. ground bread crumbs
1 c. milk (or less)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
touch of mustard and cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Back loaf for 2 hours.
Put topping on after 2 hours, bake additional 15 - 20 minutes.
