1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. rolled oats
3 T. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 cup banana
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. (Do watch, though)
Sift sugar, baking powder, salt, soda and flour together. Add oatmeal, then oil and milk, banana and nuts.

Place in muffin tins with cupcake liners. You may put a spritz of spray oil if you like.

Bake 20 minutes or so.

This is a real reminder of my childhood. Greg loved these, so Mom made them often. So good just out of the oven!
Mom was not sure of the oven temp. so watch carefully the first time you make them.
