14 oz. soft farmer's cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2.5 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tb. soda

oil for frying
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix soda with sour cream first.
Then mix all the ingredients together and kneed.
Deep fry in boiling oil.
Sprinkle with powder sugar.
