1 lb sausage
1 bag or box cheddar cheese croutons (or bag of hash browns)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 3/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam and place croutons or hash browns on bottom, top with sausage. Mix eggs and milk (1 cup) and pour over sausage and place shredded cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate until next morning. Morning, mix cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 c milk and pour over mixture and bake uncovered @ 350º for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy
