4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
½ t salt
½ t pepper
1/3 C Olive Oil
Juice of one lemon (about ¼ -1/3 cup)
½ C real butter
¼ C chives or chopped green onions
½ T Dill Weed

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and cook in oil over med heat, covered, until lightly browned. Reduce heat to low and cook about 10 min or until chicken is tender. Remove and pat oil from chicken and place in serving dish. Discard oil from skillet. In same skillet heat lemon juice on low until it starts to bubble. Add butter 1 tablespoon at a time stirring until butter is melted. Remove from heat and add dill and chives or onions. Spoon over chicken and serve immediately while butter is hot!
