4 c frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c sour cream
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together spinach, sour cream and soup mix. Pour into a greased 9X9 casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Uncover, top with cheese and bake another 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
