8 Tablespoons (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
6 Tablespoons Sugar, Plus More For Tops
4 & 1/2 Teaspoons Honey
1 Large Egg
1 & 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
1 & 3/4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries

Per-heat oven to 375*. In large bowl cream together butter, sugar, and honey with electric mixer on medium until fluffy, about 1 minute. Add egg; beat 1 minute more. Whisk together flour, cornmeal, and baking powder in medium bowl; add to butter mixture. Beat until combined. Slowly pour in the milk, beating on low, just until combined. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into cups. Sprinkle remaining sugar over each. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until top are brown. Let cool in pans 5 minutes. Serve.
