Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 loaf ciabatta bread, or good crispy bread
7 - 8 cloves of garlic
3 - 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
salt
fresh ground pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the bread into 2 in. thick slices and lay them in a large cooking dish. Pull off the fresh rosemary from the stalks and sprinkle them over the bread. Crush 2 of the garlic cloves over the bread, and toss the remaining whole, unpeeled cloves in with the bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle good olive oil over all and toss it all together so all the ingredients get spread around evenly.

Bake at about 350º until the bread is golden and your house smells heavenly.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is great with soups or salad. It you want it extra crunchy (for soups and such), just slice the bread thinner. For salad or as an accompaniment to meat, slice it more generously and don't let it get as crispy. This an adaptation of a recipe from Jamie Oliver.
