melted butter
potatoes
meatballs/gravy
Corn and/or green beans

Place the lutefisk in boiling water. Boil for 10 - 12 minutes.
Melt the butter and pass with the fish

Cook and mash potatoes
Use your favorite meatball recipe and make plenty of gravy,

Use your favorite cranberry recipe or use the canned cranberry whole or jelled sauce

By Oct. you can buy good lutefisk in all major markets. Select the solid filets with no skin.
Be sure to have enough melted butter.
Unfortunately, my family will not eat it so I serve Torsk for Christmas Eve in the same manner.
