4 eggs
1/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
21/2 c. sugar
1 qt. half and half
2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. butter
2 pints heavy whipping cream
1 package (small) instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, cornstarch, salt, 1 1/2 c. of sugar, mix well. Add half- and -half and cook, stirring constantly, just to boiling point. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Saute pecans in butter. Cool.
Combine all ingredients, including remaining 1 c. sugar. Freeze by freezer directions.
