top round steak 1 1/2 pounds
clove of garlic x 2
1 can beef broth
1 green bell pepper
1 bunch green onion
2 Tb soy sauce
Dash paprika
2 chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
slice meat 2 inches long, 1/8 in wide; sprinkle with paprika; heat oil in skillet; add garlic cloves and steak; brown meat; Add beef broth, saving 1/4 cup broth. simmer on low while preparing bell pepper, cut in strips, and slice green onions; remove beef to bowl, leaving broth in skillet; add green peppers and green onions; stir-fry until crisp-tender ,3-5 minutes on high; add meat back to pain; cover,simmering for 10 minutes; add 2 Tb corn starch, to 1/4 cup broth and 2 Tb soy sauce; add to meat mixture to thicken; add 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped. Serve over rice.
