1/4 c Butter-flavored Crisco
1/2 c Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
4 Ripe Bananas
2 c Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the crisco, applesauce, vanilla and sugar, then beat in 2 eggs. Mash the bananas and add to creamed mixture.
Sift together the flour, salt and soda and stir into other ingredients.
Can be baked in muffin tins at 350º for 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Or can be baked in a bread pan (sprayed with oil) at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
