1 box saltine crackers
VERY large plastic bowl with lid
(or several gallon storage bags)

Seasoning
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 T red pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 pkg Ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasonings in bowl. Place crackers in bowl or bag and spoon seasonings over crackers. Use hands and turn crackers making sure crackers are well covered (be careful not to break crackers). Seal crackers tightly with lid or plastic bag and let sit 24-36 hrs. (turn crackers again 3-4 times during the 24-36 hrs)

If you want to spice it up a little you can change the Ranch Dressing Mix to Buttermilk Ranch dressing mix, add 2 T Garlic Powder, 2 T Crushed Red pepper instead and sprinkle some cayenne pepper to taste then start tossing.
