30oz. pkg. Ored-Ida shredded hash brown potatoes, (thawed out), 1 medium diced onion sauteed in 1/2 stick butter, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 large carton sour cream, 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hash brown potatoes, onions, cream of celery soup, grated cheese, sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a 9X12 casserole. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter.
