1 cup chopped walnuts
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients, except walnuts. Sprinkle walnuts in a greased and floured tube cake pan. Pour cake ingredients over walnuts. Bake for 1 hour at 325º. Cool cake, then invert on serving platter.

Glaze:
1 stick butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark rum

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour in rum. Prick top of cake with fork. Spoon glaze over top and sides of cake. Keep adding until all glaze has been used.
