2lbs lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
3 cans mexican recipe stewed tomatoes
1 can corn
2 cans pinto beans
1 pkg taco mix
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and 1/3 taco mix and drain
Combine all ingredients in crock pot or on the stove
Cook on low
Top with cheese and tortilla chips
