3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg whole white corn, drained
1 cup celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. water
1 (17 oz.) can LeSueur peas, drained
1 (2 oz. ) jar pimientos, drained
1 green pepper, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, and water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool. Combine vegetables; stir in cooled vinegar mixture. Cover; place in refrigerator for 12 hours. Stir occasionally.
