4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 T butter
2 T olive oil
3 c broccoli florets, blanched
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 T lemon juice
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom
2 c croutons or dry stuffing mix, crumbled
2 c shredded swiss cheese

Cut chicken into 1" cubes, then season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. In a frying pan, sear chicken over medium high heat in the butter & olive oil. Do not cook the chicken all the way through, just enough to brown the outside. Layer chicken and broccoli in a 9X13 casserole dish. In a separate saucepan, over medium heat, combine until smooth the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonaisse, parmesan cheese, lemon juice and soups. Pour the mixture over the chicken & broccoli. Top with swiss cheese, then the dry crumbled croutons or stuffing. Bake at 375º for about 45 minutes, until bubbly and brown.
