6 baked potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 stick softened butter
1 T salt
1/4 c milk
1 c shredded cheese of choice
4 strips of bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Hull out the potatoes and place the potato shell on a baking sheet. Mash the insides of the potato, then beat on low with the butter, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and milk. Evenly divide the mixture into the shells and top with the shredded cheese and bacon. Bake at 375º until cheese has melted.

To bake potatoes: Wash them well, pierce several times with a knife, then wrap in aluminum foil. Place in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
