1/2 C sugar
2/3 white shortening
1/3 C evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, shortening, milk, salt and vanilla.
Beat for 10 minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat 2 minutes. Fill cake decorating bag with a large tip. Push into cupcake and fill with filling.
Frost the cupcakes to hide the hole in top.
