1 lb. small while mushrooms of uniform size
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. wine vinegar (white)
2. T. salt
1 bay leaf
4 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. dill
6 peppercorns
1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
Directions:
Bring mushrooms to boil in water.
Add spices and vinegar and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.
Put in jar with boiling liquid to cover the mushrooms, cover jar and refrigerate,

These would make great garnish for vodka martinis.
