8 oz. Quality Dark Chocolate bashed up OR 4 oz. Quality Dark Chocolate PLUS 4 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
2 1/2 oz. Butter, cut into pieces
12 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Large Eggs (Organic)
1 tbsp. KahluaŠ
2 tbsp. Good Honey

Directions:
In a bowl over gently simmering water; melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl semi-whip the cream (until soft peaks form, not too stiff). In a third bowl, whisk the eggs and honey until light and fluffy. Fold in the KahluaŠ, melted chocolate mixture and cream gently, so you don't loose too much air. Pour into small wine glasses. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. May add a little whipped cream and top with a cherry.
