1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 bag of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease loaf pan.
• In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg and mix in the sugar, oil, and mashed bananas.
• Sift the flour and baking soda together and stir into the wet mixture.
• Add the hot water and stir, then add the chocolate chips.
• Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (probably closer to 1 1/2). Keep baking until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
