16 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 pkg onion soup mix (may contain gluten)
1 1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp orange zest
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup all purpose flour (or gluten free equivalent)
1 1/2 tsp paprika
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cilantro leaves chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot mix onion soup mix, water, raisins, orange juice, orange zest and pepper flakes. Heat a skillet and add oil. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and brown in skillet. Transfer chicken to the crock pot and turn to coat. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Just before serving add cilantro. Serve with couscous or Rissy's Rice & Peas
