2 Egg whites
2 tsp. Vanilla
6 C. Raw almonds
1/2 C. White sugar
1/2 C. Brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Lightly grease 10x15 jelly roll pan. Lightly beat egg white, add vanilla, and beat until frothy. Add nuts stir until well coated. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon in another bowl. Sprinkle over nut mix. Toss to coat and spread evenly on pan. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes stir occasionally until golden brown. Store in containers. This can also be kept frozen.
