1 box of Mexican cheese-room temperature
1 box cream cheese-room temperature
1 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup small onion diced

Directions:
Directions:
Roll Mexican cheese out on wax paper into rectangular shape. Spread cream cheese on top. Layer chopped ham and onion on top of cheeses.
Take end of wax paper and fold over cheese roll where the ham and onion is enclosed. Then roll cheese roll onto decorative pan. Serve with Ritz crackers or your desired crackers. Great for Parties.
