2 c. water
2 lbs. fresh broccoli, chopped
2 chicken boulion cubes
2 T. butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 half pound or more cubed or sliced cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, broccoli and boulion cubes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender. Do not drain. Meanwhile melt butter in skillet and saute onion until tender. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk and desired amount of cheese. Stir and cook until thick and creamy. Add to broccoli mixture. Stir well and serve immediately.
